Teams feature: collaborate with managers and clients in Postoria

Teams lets you collaborate inside Postoria by inviting other people to a workspace. It’s built for agencies, businesses, and creators who need shared access without sharing logins.

Who teams is for

Teams is useful when you need to:

  • Work with clients inside the same workspace
  • Let someone connect or reconnect social accounts without giving full access
  • Review content and analytics with stakeholders
  • Keep responsibilities clear across multiple workspaces

Availability

Teams is available on:

  • Pro
  • Agency

Roles and permissions

Postoria teams supports two roles.

Manager

Managers have full access to assigned workspaces, including:

  • Creating, editing, scheduling, and publishing posts
  • Managing content in the Media Library and Text Library
  • Viewing analytics (for posts published via Postoria)
  • Managing connected social accounts

Limitations:

  • Managers can’t delete the workspace

Client

Clients are read-only by default, with limited account access:

  • Read-only access to workspace content (posts, calendar, and analytics views)
  • Can add or reconnect social accounts when needed

This setup is ideal for client work: you stay in control of publishing, while clients can handle account connection when required.

How to set up teams

  1. Log in at app.postoria.io
  2. Go to Teams
  3. Invite a user by email
  4. Choose a role (Manager or Client)
  5. Choose workspaces
  6. Send the invite

Invitation emails

When you invite someone, they’ll receive an email with this subject:

  • Invitation to join a team on Postoria

If needed, you can send the same invitation again using:

  • Resend invite

Removing members and leaving a team

Teams includes clear access controls.

Remove a member

Removing a member means they lose access immediately.

Leave a team

If you leave a team, you’ll lose access unless invited again.

Decline an invitation

Declining an invite removes pending access, and the owner can invite you again later if needed.

Best practices

  • Use Manager for internal teammates who publish and manage workflows.
  • Use Client for stakeholders who should review content and metrics, and only connect/reconnect accounts when required.
  • Keep clients in their own workspace if you manage multiple brands.

Conclusion

Teams makes collaboration simple and secure in Postoria. Invite managers for full workspace help, invite clients for read-only visibility with account connection access, and keep everything organized inside the same workspace.
