How it works

1) Save to the library (once)

  • Open Text Library from the main menu.
  • Click Add item and give it a Title (e.g., “IG | Evergreen Hashtags”, “Product Launch CTA”).
  • Paste your Text (caption, hashtag set, response) and Save.

Tip: Create a few go-to items for evergreen CTAs, campaign hashtags, support replies, and seasonal promos.

2) Insert from the library when posting

  • Go to Posts or the Calendar and start creating a post.
  • Click Open Library and pick the saved item you want to use.
  • The text is inserted into your composer; edit or personalize as needed, then schedule or publish.
