Subscription renewals are now managed through PayPro Global
Postoria subscriptions are now managed through PayPro Global instead of manual renewal through our website.
What changed
Previously, Pro and Agency plans were renewed manually through Postoria as one-time payments. With this update, new plan purchases now use subscription-based billing. When users select a paid plan, the checkout flow is now handled through PayPro Global as a subscription.
How the checkout process works
When users click Subscribe, they are redirected to the PayPro Global checkout page to enter their payment details.
At checkout, users will now see an Auto-Renewal option. This means they can choose the renewal method that works best for them:
- Keep auto-renewal enabled for uninterrupted billing
- Disable auto-renewal and renew manually through PayPro Global when needed
This update gives users more control over how their subscription is renewed.
How to manage your subscription
Users can open the PayPro Global customer portal to access their order history and manage billing details, including:
- Getting an invoice
- Viewing order details
- Changing the payment method
- Canceling the subscription
