Introducing account-level social media analytics in Postoria

Postoria Analytics now includes a dedicated Accounts view for monitoring connected profiles, pages, and channels across supported social networks.

Until now, Analytics focused on posts published through Postoria. That view remains available as Posts. The new Accounts view adds a different perspective: how the accounts behind your content are growing and performing, including audience size, profile views, visibility, engagement, and the detailed metrics each network makes available.

Account analytics is available on every Postoria plan.

Switch between Posts and Accounts

Open Analytics and use the switch at the top of the page:

  • Posts shows performance for content published through Postoria.
  • Accounts shows supported account-level data for connected social accounts.

The Table or Charts selection stays active when you switch views. If you prefer comparing rows, you can keep both sections in Table view. If you are exploring trends, switch between their charts without resetting the layout.

Start with a cross-network summary

The Accounts view begins with headline metrics designed for a quick portfolio check:

  • Audience uses the latest known audience count, such as followers, subscribers, members, or Page Likes.
  • Profile views shows direct profile-level views from networks that provide them.
  • Impressions / views combines the available visibility column without pretending that every platform uses the same metric name.
  • Engagements shows a compatible account-level engagement total for supported networks.

Each question-mark tooltip states which social networks support the underlying metric. When only YouTube accounts are selected, the summary shows Audience and Views rather than calculating an engagement metric that YouTube does not provide.

Compare accounts at a glance

Table view makes it easier to review a portfolio of brands, locations, clients, or channels. Each row includes the social network and account, followed by the available Audience, Profile views, Impressions / views, and Engagements values.

Accounts are ordered by Audience from highest to lowest, and the table displays 100 rows per page by default. Blank cells remain blank when a network did not return a compatible value.

Open Details for any row to see the full set of non-empty account metrics rather than only the common comparison columns.

Follow account metrics over time

Charts view groups cards by metric category and gives platform-specific metrics their own sections. Choose daily, weekly, or monthly grouping to match the review you are doing.

The card label explains how each value behaves:

  • Total metrics add activity across the selected period.
  • Average Daily metrics average the available daily observations.
  • Latest known value metrics use the most recent snapshot for audience sizes, lifetime totals, and other cumulative values.

If a Latest known value metric has only one snapshot, Postoria shows its date instead of drawing a chart that suggests a trend where none exists yet.

Keep platform-specific metrics intact

Account analytics is not one universal schema. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Threads, Pinterest, TikTok, Bluesky, Tumblr, Telegram, Google Business Profile, and YouTube expose different data through their APIs.

Depending on the account and permissions, detailed metrics can include:

  • Followers, subscribers, members, following, and audience changes
  • Views, impressions, reach, profile views, and page views
  • Likes, reactions, comments, shares, replies, reposts, quotes, and saves
  • Website, link, call, direction, booking, and profile-link actions
  • Ratings, reviews, check-ins, and Google Business Profile discovery metrics
  • Video views, watch time, playlist activity, and other YouTube-specific values
  • LinkedIn page-view and rolling 12-month metrics
  • Pinterest and Bluesky account totals

Postoria preserves these differences. It does not relabel every platform metric as the same thing, and it does not calculate new YouTube metrics that YouTube did not supply.

Use the same filters and reporting periods

Filter Accounts analytics by workspace, network, and connected account. Choose from the same reporting periods available in Posts analytics:

  • Last 7 days
  • Last 4 weeks
  • Last 3 months
  • Last 12 months
  • Month to date
  • Quarter to date
  • Year to date
  • All time

This lets you move from a company-wide overview to one client, platform, or account without rebuilding the report.

Export raw daily account data

Click Download CSV to export the daily account snapshots behind the active filters. The file includes workspace and account identifiers, social network, analytics date, refresh time, and every available account metric column.

Use the export for:

  • Client and stakeholder reporting
  • Spreadsheet analysis
  • Custom dashboards
  • Long-term account archives
  • Combining social metrics with business or campaign data

The Posts view continues to provide its separate raw post-level CSV export.

Understand coverage and history

Accounts analytics is not limited to posts published through Postoria. It reports the supported account-level data available for your connected accounts.

Social networks still control which metrics their APIs expose, how far back they return data, and how quickly values refresh. Historical account charts begin with the snapshots available to Postoria, so a newly connected or newly supported account may initially show only one dated value.

A blank value means the metric was not returned for that account, date, or permission set. It should not automatically be read as zero.

Open Account Analytics

Sign in to Postoria, open Analytics, and choose Accounts. Start with the portfolio table, open a detailed account, or switch to Charts to follow its metrics over time.
