Social media analytics for published posts
Review the performance of posts published through Postoria without moving between separate network dashboards.
Postoria Analytics combines post comparison, time-based charts, flexible filters, detailed network and account breakdowns, and raw CSV export in one workspace-aware view.
Analytics is available on every Postoria plan. Metric availability depends on the social network, connected-account permissions, content type, and data exposed by the network API.
Compare post performance in one table
Use the post table to compare published content across your current selection. The table includes publication time and available core metrics such as views, reach, reactions, comments, and shares.
Open a post directly when you want to revisit its content. Open Details when you want the full set of metrics received for that post.
Explore trends with flexible charts
Switch to the chart view to follow supported metrics over time. Postoria offers hourly, daily, monthly, and yearly grouping when the selected period makes that level of detail useful.
Choose from periods including:
- Last 7 days
- Last 4 weeks
- Last 3 months
- Last 12 months
- Month to date
- Quarter to date
- Year to date
- All time
Continuous time buckets make it easier to see spikes, quiet periods, and longer-term changes.
Filter across workspaces, networks, and accounts
Use Analytics for a focused account review or a broader portfolio view. Filter the page by:
- Workspace
- Social network
- Connected account
- Reporting period
Leave a filter empty to include all available items. This makes it easy to switch between one client, one platform, or everything you can access.
See more than five headline metrics
Postoria shows common performance metrics in the main table and charts, then exposes detailed metrics when a network provides them.
Depending on the network and content type, available data can include:
- Views and reach
- Reactions, likes, comments, shares, replies, reposts, and quotes
- Saves, sends, and total interactions
- Clicks, link clicks, outbound clicks, and pin clicks
- Profile activity, profile views, follows, and action clicks
- Video views, plays, unique viewers, watch time, average watch time, and skip rate
- Story navigation metrics
- Facebook reaction breakdowns
- Separate YouTube views, engagement, watch-time, playlist, annotation, card, and subscriber metrics
YouTube metrics keep YouTube’s names and definitions. Postoria does not merge them into similarly named metrics from other networks, and averages or rates are shown without treating them as totals.
Drill down by network or account
A multi-network post can produce several analytics rows. The post details drawer lets you group those rows by network or by account.
Use By network to compare how an idea performed across platforms. Use By account when you manage several brands, locations, or client profiles and need to understand where the result came from.
Export raw analytics data
Download raw analytics as a CSV file using the filters currently applied to the page. Take the export into a spreadsheet, reporting template, business-intelligence tool, or client deliverable without manually copying metrics from individual networks.
Raw export is useful for:
- Custom reporting
- Campaign analysis
- Client and stakeholder updates
- Long-term archives
- Combining social data with website analytics or conversions
Built for an iterative publishing workflow
Postoria keeps planning, publishing, and measurement connected. Review the posts that performed best, identify useful patterns, then carry those lessons into your next calendar, queue, campaign, or batch upload.
Analytics can help you decide:
- Which topics deserve another post
- Which formats fit each network
- Which accounts or platforms produce the strongest response
- Which calls to action generate clicks or profile activity
- Whether performance is improving over time
Data coverage and limitations
Postoria Analytics covers posts published through Postoria. It does not provide competitor analytics or promise the same metric set for every network.
Social networks control which metrics their APIs return. Coverage can vary with account type, permissions, post format, and API policy. Some values also arrive or refresh later than others.
